Using this website

This website provides general information about the heating and cooling services NHA VFD offers in Minneapolis, MN and the surrounding area. Information on this site, including cost ranges in our guides, is for planning only and is not a quote or an offer.

Estimates and pricing

Cost figures on this site are published market ranges from the sources named alongside them. They are not our prices. Your price is given after a technician has seen the equipment and the home, and any work is agreed with you before it starts.

Telephone contact and consent

By calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone at the number you call from or provide to respond to your request, schedule service and follow up on work performed. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded where permitted by law for quality, training and record-keeping. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.

Call transfer and forwarding

NHA VFD handles service calls with its own technicians. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be transferred or forwarded to another trusted local heating and cooling provider so you can still get help quickly. That provider sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and any work it performs is between you and that provider. You should confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.

Emergencies

If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 first. Do not rely on this website in an emergency.
