Our routes from Minneapolis to Carver
South Minneapolis and the city core
Inside Minneapolis itself, roughly 43 percent of homes were built before 1939, and that shapes the job more than the address does: boilers and cast iron radiators, forced air added to houses never designed for ducts, tight basements and narrow side yards for condensers. From the Cahill Rd office, the south half of the city is the shortest drive on our route.
The first-ring southwest suburbs
Just past the city line, Edina, Richfield, Bloomington, St. Louis Park and Hopkins sit closest to our service office, which is in the Edina postal area. Every service on this site is available here, from a no-heat call at night to a furnace and air conditioner replaced together.
West toward Minnetonka and Eden Prairie
Minnetonka and Eden Prairie round out the west side of the route. Where lots are larger, heat pump, dual-fuel and even geothermal conversations come up more often, and we price those options alongside a conventional furnace so the comparison is honest.
The Highway 212 corridor and Carver County
Our head office is in Carver, about 20 miles southwest of the service office along the Highway 212 corridor, so Chanhassen, Chaska, Carver, Victoria and Waconia are home ground rather than a stretch. Detached garages that owners want heated and new construction that needs a duct layout are common requests out here.
The river valley to the south
Across the Minnesota River, Shakopee, Savage and Burnsville complete the loop between our two offices. Homes and small commercial buildings here get the same service as the city, including rooftop unit service for shops and offices.
Honest limits
Where coverage ends
Our regular routes stop short of the north and east metro. If you are in St. Paul, the northern suburbs or farther west than Waconia, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you quickly or whether you are better served by someone closer.
Calls are routed to whichever truck can reach you soonest. We do not publish a response time we cannot keep; we will give you a realistic arrival window when you call.
